INCREDIBLE EVER AFTER™ are trade marks of Alexandra Burns, and cannot be used for photography services or the sale of photographs without her express permission. This includes all photography services, regardless of the style of photography. Details of the registrations can be found out from the database of the UK Trade Marks Registry.

If you are thinking, 'BOUDOIR BRIDE', 'FYEO' and 'FOR YOUR EYES ONLY PORTRAITS' are descriptions for a style of photography”, please note that none are descriptions because they are trade marks of Ms. Burns, and indicate her services and photographs, not anyone else’s. The correct description is “boudoir photography” or “boudoir style photography”.

Please also note that infringement rights arising from any registration extend to not only stopping the use of the same mark but any mark which is similar to the registered marks.
